Racing Accomplishments

- Rum Runner Challenge (100 mile race from key Largo to key West) 2x USCA National Champion Unlimited Class
- 1st Mayors Cup Fast Touring
- 8th Blackburn Challenge
Other Significant Athletic Accomplishments:

- 3rd place USCA Nationals Canoe Class (This was particularly special because it was my Dads first time on the Podium at Nationals. Great father/son moment)
- 1985 thumb wrestling Champ :)

What you like about surfskis, surfski racing, paddling:

Surfkis are just plain FUN! The paddling community is a great atmosphere to be around and there is always someone training Harder than you are. Thats what keeps it interesting. Not only are you racing against the field, you are racing against yourself!
